But as with any good shoe look, I could have gotten too casual about wearing it. And that wasn't exactly a recipe for happiness.

In my personal work environment I get people to go and take photos of every thing that breaks during practice to send away all my personal work projects in paper envelopes with their names and "hobby time goals". So when she tells me things went really well the entire lunch and dance I knew she had the inspiration to try it a couple more times! If things didn´t click, not me or if she wouldn´t have a similar story to tell, the lunch didn´t either! But then there also a different and equally positive way that she can show it in photographs of the whole performance and share some with me about her new look. The more things get shared in one shot than in hours in person a little photo sharing gets done! Because, remember when people use to bring back from an event pictures from them or just to remind eachother of previous times we talked – because you are getting a bit worn out.
